Year of New Beer: Slip Rose Strawberry Saison, Blue Pants Brewery (AL)

Notes of Belgian yeast dominate the nose, with hints of coriander and strawberry lingering in the background. On the tongue, a sharp, seltzer-like quality leads the way with the expected strawberry coming up woefully short. A decent saison, but a poor strawberry saison.
