Year of New Beer: Kill 'Em All, Perrin Brewery (MI)

Light notes of roasted coffee bean and dark chocolate succumb rather quickly to some big waves of bourbon. On the tongue, mildly sweet dark fruits marry nicely with a creamy chocolate, but again, bourbon wins out in a big way. This beer could stand to have the body bulked up a bit to stand up to the booze. That said, I'm not going to complain about a beer with a big bourbon kick.
