Year of New Beer: Mongo, Port Brewing (CA)

So much fruit on the nose...pineapple, grapefruit, and mango just to name a few. Joined by aromas of honey baked bread and dank herbs. On the tongue, pithy fruits take center stage but are quickly balanced by a solid malt presence. Dank herbs and evergreen through a sharply bitter finish.
