Year of New Beer: Own Benefactor, Burial Beer (Asheville)

Nose seems to meander from lemongrass to tropical fruit to a light chive, but nothing really asserts itself in the aroma department. On the tongue, herbal hops provide an initial bitterness atop a lightly toasted grain. Floral lemon and a bit soapy along the mid-palate, with some late arriving tropical fruit before ending with a fruit peel bitterness. Not bad, just not my favorite from Burial.
