Year of New Beer: Hibiscus Gose, Boulevard Brewing (MO)

Very lively and effervescent, this one packs an aroma of tart grapefruit and maybe lemon, with only traces of the sea salt used in the brewing. On the tongue is at first a prickly sour fruit juice, followed quickly by a touch of floral sweetness. Still only trace amounts of saltiness through the glass. I found this to be very good, very refreshing, and entirely too easy to drink.
