Year of New Beer: Stegmaier Oktoberfest, Lion Brewing (PA)

Fairly earthy, nutty sweetness on the nose, with a decent shot of caramel in there as well. On the tongue, the caramel malts really step up with hints of apple and a little bit of sugary grains. Probably won't win any awards, but a solid brew regardless.
