Year of New Beer: Hi Res, Sixpoint Brewery (NY)

Pineapple, grapefruit, mango, and a healthy dose of honey on the nose. On the tongue, the fruits are abundant and sweet. Thankfully, the herbal hop notes kick in to provide a balancing bitterness that is at first resinous and sticky before drying on the finish. The alcohol is extremely well-hidden in this beautifully balanced beer.
