Year of New Beer: Night of the Living Stout, Full Pint Brewing (PA)

Really nice aroma of rich, chocolate malt and lesser citrus hops. On the tongue, the malts are ruthlessly charred, with chocolate sweetness and espresso taking the place and show spots. Surprising is the relatively high level of hop bitterness remaining in this brew, even though it is a good 4 months beyond the "best buy" date. Solid stout.
