Year of New Beer: Pearl Snap, Austin Beerworks (TX)

Sharp lemon with a light cracker malt and hints of floral hops on the nose. No letdown in flavor as the lemon in the aroma turns more toward tart apple, and the sweet grains are joined by a solid, bitter bite. Typically not a huge fan of pilsners, but this one is solid.
